CLI: Demo

helix demo viz --output demo_viz

Generates canonical JSON payloads, PNGs, .viz.json, and .provenance.json for every renderer (alignment ribbon, dot-plot, motif logo, etc.). Perfect for smoke tests or onboarding notebooks.

One-command evaluation demo (artifact bundle)

Run a packaged demo and emit a manifested artifact bundle (HTML report + exports + evidence + per-file SHA-256):

Design Partner Pack

The repo includes a “Design Partner Pack” (design_partner/) with a 30-minute evaluation script, 3 seeded session configs, and expected-output screenshots.

Distribution note: design_partner/ is intended to be delivered as a repo zip or release asset, not as part of the pip install wheel.
