How teams try Helix
Two-week pilots with measurable outcomes.
Reduce risk with a structured engagement: deterministic builds, transparent metrics, and repeatable deliverables you can hand to leadership.
Timeline
Inputs: amplicon set, genome build, edit intent
Week 0: Intake
Share targets, current CRISPR/Prime Editing workflows, NGS formats, and success metrics. We align on scope in a 45-minute working session.
Deliverable: evidence bundle + reproducibility hash
Week 1: Intent + Policy + Evidence
We recreate your edit intents inside Helix Studio, declare policies/constraints, and generate deterministic evidence bundles for review.
Deliverable: validated report + automation recipe
Week 2: NGS + Validation
You provide reads (BAM/FASTQ). We align inside Helix, compare with intent, and summarize QC + agreement metrics.
Deliverables
Validated designs
Sequence recipes, pegRNA scaffolds, donors, primers with deterministic hashes.
Benchmarked outcomes
Agreement table, edit efficiency deltas, runtime stats per hardware profile.
Integration notes
CLI scripts + API payloads for CI/CD or LIMS handoff.
Security pack
Signed build links, checksum + SBOM, telemetry/offline configuration.
Success criteria
Time saved
Baseline: spreadsheet + scripts workflow. Goal: >5× faster design-to-analysis loop. We share before/after timing sheets for each pilot.
Edit agreement
Prime Editing & CRISPR edits tracked against observed outcomes. Aim for <5% delta in indel spectrum agreement for targeted reads.
QC pass rate
At least 90% of reads must meet coverage + quality gates to green-light rollout. We share QC diffs + remediation guidance.
