How Helix Is Licensed
Pricing is simple: Helix is licensed per Edit Program with an annual governance license. No public price sheet — just clear units.
Helix is licensed at the program level for teams running genome editing programs in regulated or high stakes environments. Licensing is not per user or per seat — Helix is shared decision infrastructure.
Per Edit Program
The unit of value is an Edit Program: a target class/objective, a bounded set of edit intents, a declared policy + calibration regime, and a persistent decision history.
Annual governance license
Includes deterministic design, policy enforcement, evidence generation, and replayable exports for review and audit.

- Design intent, constraints, and policy selection
- Risk enumeration gated by policy
- Decision evidence + implied distributions (assumption bound)
